Mobilise a brand new asset

Why This Role Matters

This is a rare opportunity to play a foundational role in the launch of a brand-new Build-to-Rent community.

As Resident Experience Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the building — setting the tone, standards, and culture from day one. In a living sector asset, the experience residents have in the first 6–12 months defines retention, reputation, and success. This role owns that outcome.

You’ll lead the front-of-house experience, build a genuine community, and work closely with operations, leasing, and facilities to ensure the building runs beautifully and feels exceptional to live in.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role in a flagship new asset.

The Experience You’ll Build Here

You’ll take ownership of the entire resident journey and front-of-house operation, including:

  • Leading the resident experience and community strategy for the building
  • Owning the front desk, lobby, and shared spaces experience
  • Creating and delivering events, activations, and community programming
  • Managing all resident communications, enquiries, and service recovery
  • Working closely with leasing and facilities to ensure seamless operations
  • Overseeing move-ins, move-outs, parcel management, access control and presentation standards
  • Handling resident feedback, complaints and NPS-style service metrics
  • Helping embed systems, processes and service culture into a brand-new operation
  • Supporting pre-opening and lease-up activities where required
  • Acting as a visible, trusted leader for residents and onsite teams

This is a role for someone who wants to run the building experience, not sit behind a desk.

The Perfect Fit

You’ll likely come from a background in:

  • Build-to-Rent, Student Accommodation, Co-Living, Hotels, or Premium Residential
  • Front-of-house leadership, resident experience, operations or hospitality management

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is obsessed with service, standards, and resident experience
  • Is highly organised, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
  • Can lead a team while also being hands-on and visible on the floor
  • Is confident dealing with residents, issues, escalations and high expectations
  • Understands that community, experience and detail are what make living sectors succeed

A real estate certificate is advantageous but not essential for the right living-sector or hospitality-led candidate.
