• Configured and managed living-sector operating systems including workflows, templates, checklists and automation to drive accuracy and efficiency
• Strong involvement in bond processing, payments, reconciliations and financial administration
• Drafted and implemented SOPs across rental, onboarding and compliance workflows
• Supported pre-opening readiness including operational setup, documentation, marketing alignment and system readiness
• Senior site-level operations support role covering resident issues, facilities coordination, compliance and service recovery
• Prior career spanning nearly a decade in hotel operations across front office, duty management and multi-department coordination
• Strong background in team training, service standards, workflow optimisation and performance improvement in high-expectation service environments
