- Hands-on experience in high-volume leasing environments across large residential portfolios including apartments, student accommodation and mixed housing types
- Regularly conducts multiple inspections per day, managing enquiry follow-up, tours, application screening and lease documentation
- Strong exposure to end-to-end leasing workflows from first contact through to signed lease
- Comfortable managing high activity levels while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness and service quality
- Brings strong administration discipline supporting leasing and broader property operations
- Background in customer service, administration and stakeholder coordination across multiple environments
- Highly organised, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communicator with a natural, warm and professional style in front of customers and residents
