From delivering engaging events and building relationships to supporting leasing activity and ensuring every resident has a first-class experience, you’ll be at the heart of one of Melbourne’s premium Build to Rent communities.

The Experience You Will Build Here

• Take ownership of the resident experience across a premium Build to Rent community
• Create and deliver a year-round calendar of resident events and community initiatives
• Work alongside leasing and operations teams to maximise resident satisfaction and retention
• Build relationships with local businesses and partners to enhance the resident offering
• Gain exposure to one of Australia’s fastest-growing residential sectors

The Perfect Fit

We’re looking for someone who:

• Loves working with people and naturally builds strong relationships
• Has experience in customer service, hospitality, Build to Rent, PBSA, residential property or hotels
• Is highly organised and enjoys planning events and creating community initiatives
• Can think on their feet and confidently resolve issues
• Holds an Agent’s Representative Certificate (or is willing to obtain one)
• Wants to build a long-term career within the Living Sectors

You don’t need direct Build to Rent experience. If you’ve built your career around delivering exceptional customer experiences and enjoy creating communities where people genuinely love to live, we’d love to hear from you.
