- 10+ years operating in senior investment, treasury and corporate finance roles within real estate and investment platforms
- End-to-end leadership of complex transactions including acquisitions, disposals, restructures, platform M&A and large-scale refinancings
- Full ownership of capital structures including debt, equity, hybrid instruments and hedging strategies
- Led portfolio-level funding programs exceeding hundreds of millions in aggregate value
- Regularly responsible for investment committees, board materials, capital allocation strategy and funding roadmaps
- Deep experience in deal structuring, due diligence, legal and financial execution across multi-entity and multi-asset structures
- Strong background in development feasibility, investment underwriting and long-range capital planning
- Built and led high-performing finance, treasury and investment teams
- Extensive stakeholder management across investors, lenders, boards, advisors and senior executives
- Highly advanced in financial modelling, scenario analysis, transaction structuring and risk management
