This role sits within a professionally managed residential asset where occupancy, retention and resident quality are critical to how the asset performs. You’ll take ownership of leasing outcomes, ensuring enquiry converts, apartments are filled efficiently, and the building operates at the level it was designed to.
It’s a step away from traditional property management and into a more structured, commercially driven environment.

- Full ownership of leasing across a single residential asset
- Exposure to how leasing directly impacts occupancy, revenue and retention
- Working alongside an onsite team focused on long-term resident outcomes
- A more strategic view of leasing — pricing, positioning and performance
The Perfect Fit
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Cert IV in Real Estate (or equivalent)
- Comes from a strong residential leasing or property management background
- Is confident running inspections and converting enquiry into applications
- Understands urgency, follow-up and how to manage a leasing pipeline
- Wants to move into a more structured, performance-driven environment
You don’t need direct experience in this exact model — but you do need to understand property, be commercially aware, and be comfortable taking ownership of leasing outcomes.
