Leasing isn’t a support function here  it’s a key driver of asset performance.

As Leasing Manager, you’ll take ownership of leasing strategy, occupancy and resident retention across a premium Build to Rent community. You’ll lead the customer journey from first enquiry through to lease renewal, balancing commercial outcomes with an exceptional resident experience.

This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional residential leasing into a professionally managed, institutional asset where leasing directly influences revenue, occupancy and long-term asset performance.

The Experience You Will Build Here

• Lead leasing strategy across a premium Build to Rent community
• Drive occupancy, rental growth and resident retention
• Influence pricing, incentives and market positioning
• Lead and mentor an onsite Leasing Consultant
• Work closely with operations, marketing and resident experience teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
• Develop a commercial understanding of how leasing impacts overall asset performance

The Perfect Fit

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Cert IV in Real Estate, Agent’s Representative Certificate or equivalent Victorian qualification
• Has strong residential leasing, property management or Build to Rent experience
• Understands how to convert enquiry into applications and maximise occupancy
• Is commercially minded and enjoys analysing market conditions, pricing and leasing performance
• Has leadership experience or is ready to step into a role managing a small team
• Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Direct Build to Rent experience isn’t essential. If you’re an experienced leasing professional looking to step into one of Australia’s fastest-growing property sectors, this is an outstanding opportunity.
