Why This Role Matters
First impressions matter.
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, helping them discover a new way of renting. From conducting apartment tours and managing enquiries to guiding applicants through the leasing journey, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience.
This is far more than a traditional leasing role. You’ll become part of an onsite team focused on building thriving residential communities where people genuinely love to live.

- Work within one of Australia’s fastest-growing property sectors
- Guide prospective residents through the entire leasing journey
- Conduct apartment inspections and showcase premium amenities
- Build relationships that drive occupancy and long-term resident retention
- Gain exposure to professionally managed residential assets
- Work alongside experienced operations and resident experience teams
The Perfect Fit
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Cert IV in Real Estate, Agent’s Representative Certificate or equivalent qualification (or is willing to obtain one)
- Has experience in residential leasing, property management, customer service, hospitality or sales
- Enjoys meeting new people and building genuine relationships
- Is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset
- Wants to build a long-term career within the Living Sectors
