As the Leasing Agent, you’ll be the first person prospective residents meet, introducing them to a fresh approach to city living. From conducting tours and managing enquiries to welcoming new residents into the community, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience from day one.

The Experience You Will Build Here

• Manage the leasing journey from enquiry through to move-in
• Conduct apartment and community tours for prospective residents
• Build strong relationships with residents from the very first interaction
• Work alongside onsite operations and community teams
• Gain exposure to one of Australia’s fastest-growing residential sectors
• Be part of the lease-up and ongoing success of a premium Co-Living community

The Perfect Fit

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Cert IV in Real Estate, Assistant Agent Certificate or equivalent NSW qualification
• Has experience in residential leasing, property management, customer service, hospitality or sales
• Is confident engaging with people from a wide range of backgrounds
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Is looking to build a career within the Living Sectors

Previous Co-Living or Build to Rent experience isn’t essential. If you’re passionate about people, enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences and are looking to join an innovative residential sector, we’d love to hear from you.
