Why This Role Matters
As Australia’s Build to Rent sector continues to grow, so does the need for experienced operational leaders.
This newly created role will oversee a portfolio of residential communities across Queensland, New South Wales and the ACT, supporting onsite General Managers while driving commercial performance, operational excellence and an exceptional resident experience.
This is a genuine leadership role where you’ll influence strategy, mentor high-performing teams and help shape the next phase of growth across a rapidly expanding portfolio.
The Experience You Will Build Here
- Lead a multi-state portfolio of premium Build to Rent communities
- Coach and support General Managers to deliver outstanding operational performance
- Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, NOI and overall portfolio performance
- Work closely with senior leadership on growth initiatives and operational strategy
- Influence best practice across multiple communities as the portfolio expands
- Play a key role in one of Australia’s fastest-growing institutional residential platforms
The Perfect Fit
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has senior leadership experience across residential property, Build to Rent, PBSA, hotels or a comparable multi-site operation
- Has successfully led and developed high-performing operational teams
- Understands the commercial drivers behind occupancy, revenue, retention and asset performance
- Is confident working across multiple sites and managing competing priorities
- Has exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Enjoys building teams, improving performance and creating operational consistency
Direct Build to Rent experience isn’t essential. We’re looking for an experienced operational leader who understands how to deliver commercial outcomes while creating exceptional customer experiences across a portfolio.
