You’ll own leasing strategy, lead the front-of-house team, and be responsible for driving performance, pace, and presentation across a luxury, high-volume operation.

The Experience You’ll Build Here

• Lead and manage the full leasing operation and team
• Own leasing strategy, pricing coordination, and velocity
• Drive enquiry conversion, tours, applications, and approvals
• Manage launch campaigns, peak leasing periods, and stabilisation
• Set service standards and ensure a premium, hotel-like experience
• Work closely with asset management and operations leadership

The Perfect Fit

You’ll bring:

• Proven leasing leadership experience (BTR, PBSA, residential or similar)
• Strong sales management and performance culture mindset
• Experience working in high-volume or premium residential assets
• A polished, professional, service-driven leadership style
• Commercial thinking and strong reporting discipline
• Cert IV in Real Estate is the minimum requirement for this role
