Leasing Executive (Temporary)
Melbourne (CBD) | $45 p/h + S
Why This Role Matters
You will be responsible for driving occupancy, protecting revenue, and ensuring apartments are leased efficiently and professionally within a well-established Melbourne CBD asset.
This is not traditional agency property management. You are working within a single landlord model, managing one high-density residential community where presentation, leasing conversion and resident journey are central to performance.
The asset is operational, fast-paced, and commercially driven. Your ability to manage enquiries, conduct inspections and convert leads will directly impact occupancy and revenue outcomes.
The Experience You’ll Build Here
You will take ownership of leasing strategy and day-to-day execution including:
• Managing property listings and advertising across relevant platforms
• Conducting private inspections and resident tours
• Proactively following up enquiries to minimise vacancy periods
• Monitoring occupancy levels and supporting revenue forecasting
• Preparing vacant apartments for presentation and move-in
• Using property management systems to track leasing activity and reporting
• Working closely with operations and facilities to ensure apartments are presented to a high standard
• Monitoring arrears in line with process and compliance
You will be based onsite in Melbourne Central, operating within a structured, KPI-driven environment that values accountability, presentation and commercial awareness.

We are seeking someone who brings:
• Experience in property leasing, real estate or accommodation environments
• Strong leasing conversion skills and confidence conducting inspections
• High attention to detail in presentation and compliance
• A proactive approach to minimising vacancy
• Confidence using systems and reporting tools
• Commercial awareness around occupancy, pricing and revenue drivers
