  • Strong background in structured operating environments with rigorous safety, service, and procedural standards
  • Experience leading teams, training staff, managing rosters, and maintaining service KPIs in high-expectation customer environments
  • Brings strong discipline around process, documentation, and operational consistency across complex service platforms
