  • End-to-end resident experience strategy and delivery

  • Community and events programming to drive retention and engagement

  • Handling resident issues, escalations, and service recovery

  • Working closely with leasing, facilities, and operations teams

  • Managing onsite front-of-house / resident ambassador teams

  • Overseeing resident communications, digital screens, resident apps and content

  • Supporting move-ins, move-outs, and day-to-day building operations

Prior to this, they were promoted internally from Concierge / Resident Ambassador, giving her a deep understanding of front desk operations, service delivery, and asset presentation at a ground level.
