- Deep experience in resident experience, community building and service model design
- Previously led large-scale residential delivery and handover programs from construction into occupancy
- Implemented defect management, handover systems and post-completion operational frameworks
- Strong background in residential sales, go-to-market strategy and demand generation
- Experienced in stakeholder management across developers, operators, investors and delivery partners
- Highly practical, commercially focused and execution-driven
