The Experience You’ll Build Here
- Own the end-to-end resident journey from move-in to renewal
- Run events, activations, and community engagement programs
- Manage resident issues, feedback, and experience improvement
- Oversee front-of-house operations and presentation
- Work closely with facilities, cleaning, and operations teams
- Build a genuine sense of community and brand advocacy
The Perfect Fit
You’ll be great if you come from:
- BTR, co-living, hotels, student accommodation or hospitality
- A role focused on experience, community or service delivery
- High-energy, people-first environments
- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving mindset
- A Cert IV Real Estate Certificate or NSW Real Estate Licence is a pre-requite for this role
