  • Currently leading residential leasing and tenant management within a large, complex multi-residential building
  • Full P&L accountability in prior roles including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting
  • Delivered major capital works programs and building upgrade projects
  • Led teams of up to 50+ staff across multi-department operations
  • Deep experience across facilities management, maintenance coordination, contractor management and WHS
  • Strong background in body corporate / strata stakeholder management and reporting
  • Hands-on financial administration experience including trust accounting, reconciliation and business accounting systems
  • Track record of delivering record customer satisfaction, NPS and revenue outcomes
  • Experienced in pre-opening, refurbishments and large-scale operational change programs
